OK--That is what she wants. She mentioned a .45 Long, but these things come in .32 H&R Mag too. As I've stated many times, I LIKE the .32 mag. I went over and looked at both today and the cylinder on the .32 mag definitely looks better to me. It's a "sleeker" revolver. Opinions please?? She likes the "case hardened" finish with the black grips. At least she knows what she wants! I figure a "Doc Holiday, cross draw holster and she'll be in business. :D

Then that's what you should get her.
Trust me on this KR. Playing fancy free with what she wants isn't a great idea.
Been there, done that, got the scars to back it. :D
Use the tax refund or something to get yourself the .32,,,just be prepared to part with it when she takes a fancy to it.

*sigh* wimmin. Can't figure em out. They don't want what you think they do until you get that particular thing for yourself ,,, then that's all they want.

In your situation I'd resort to a gift certificate.
I'd talk up the .32 Mag, but then see what she decided.

RAE & ACP...

RAE: What's a "tax refund"? I haven't gotten one of those for over 20 years. I HATE to see my accoutant. Every time I do, she tells me I have to "Pony up more bucks, Will"! A lot of times, I've thought about shooting her.:D (Not really, I know it's not her fault :D )

ACP: I surely do hate to hand my wife a thin envelope, with a gift certificate inside, for Christmas. It just doesn't seem like a gift. I think I'll buy the "Bird's Head" in .45 and the "Doc Holiday, cross draw" in black or a real dark brown. Yeah, that's the ticket. (Unless you're buying a diamond or something, it's SOOOoooo easy to screw up.)
