Christmas in May, update

Tomorrow my son gets some tooth surgery.
Poor little fellow wont be happy for a while.
Went to the local gun shop and ordered a pick
me up for him. Bolt action 10 shot 22. Sweet little
rifle. After looking through a large catalog finally
found the right gun for an 8-year-old. Be gentle with the
flames- it’s a Savage. I know made in Canada, so is the motor in
my GMC truck. It has a ten shot clip, (plan to get one more)
easy safety, earplugs and get this a genuine red plastic trigger lock.
Not one of those cheap locks you find in a crack house.
Great sights and nice dark stock. It’s the same length as the Daisy BB
rifle he has been practicing with. All I have to do now is put his
name on the case. One day next week he’ll wake up and find the
whole thing on the couch. I don’t know who is gonna be more exited,
him or me. {I think it’ll be me!}

I'm having a root-canal on Monday. Can you arrange to adopt me over the weekend. You see, there's this Kimber Target Model I've been lookin' at.....

Actually I know how you feel. My first child is due to be born on 17 Sept. I'm already shopping for a Ruger BearCat, and a Henry Youth Model. I'll have to wait a few years before before I can share them with the kiddo, but they should be well broken in by then
