I've only seen one of these rifles. I saw it at my local range about a year ago after my attention was drawn to the loud cursing coming from the guy at the next bench.
He was "wringing out" the rifle for the third time after having already sent it back TWICE for various problems. The problem he was having that day was that it wouldn't extract - I forget what he told me had been the previous problems, but they not "fixable" by him and had required mailing the rifle back to Christensen.
I was not impressed. The groups fired by this rifle did not impress me either - of course, shooting a rifle in white-hot anger is probably not conducive to good groups...
In my opinion, 2k (more?), is too much to pay for a rifle that doesn't function.
