choke tubes for JC Higgins Model 20

I have a J.C. Higgins model 20 pump shot gun. I've done some research but am no expert. It has a long range power pac choke which I believe is a full choke. I am wanting to shoot slugs with it for deer season. However I believe I have the wrong choke to do so. My father in law has the same exact gun with a short range choke which I believe is an IC choke. I was wondering how I would go about changing them out. Is there a special tool I would need and where would I get one? Does anyone have any advice? Thanks.

That choke was made by Pachmayr, which is now part of Lyman. I have called Lyman about discontinued/obsolete parts and if they can't answer a question, they keep lists of people around the country who can provide answers.

Before I called anybody, I'd shoot a few slugs through the gun as-is. See if it will shoot decent groups. If not, then a call to Lyman probably will lead you to the wrench you need to change chokes and possibly someone who has chokes for sale. I have a Model 20 with a fixed Full choke that shoots excellent groups with Foster (rifled) slugs.
