Choice of pocket Holsters

After reviewing many threads discussing "pocket holsters, I have narrowed down my pick to a Mika pocket holster, for my 642revolver. Has anyone pro or con advice about this choice? Would like your imput before ordering one. Thanks.:)

I gave serious consideration to the Mika, owing to the overwhelming positive reviews and testimonials found online. In the end, it just seemed too thick/bulky for my taste. Perhaps if I had one in my hand I wouldn't have had this concern; but I wanted something thin for jeans carry.

Got this in kydex from Aholster:

I like it quite a lot; but the kydex is not as comfortable in a front pocket of jeans as a leather holster would be. I use it in the back pocket, or in a jacket pocket. The spurs on the top and bottom ensure it stays in the pocket.

I've got one for a Colt Cobra. I agree with CP015 in that it is a mite bulky but I found that trait advantages in helping to conceal the hard lines of the revolver. One big plus for the Mika pocket holster is that it readily sheds the gun when drawing.

I have both round and square cut Mikas for different pants. They do start out bulky but conform pretty quickly to the contours of the gun and pocket. I don't find them to be any harder to conceal than anything else and the gun does come out without any problem.

My favorite for my J-Frame is

It stays in my pocket on a draw and is not expensive.

I use the De Santis gunhide, gun comes out cleanly and the holster allways says in the pocket. Man made material outside for good stiff presentation and nylon on the inside to release the gun when you want it out. Looks like a wallet and without the gun is very thin but stiff.
