Chl handgun class tomorrow

:) Thanks from being a member of this great forum ,I have been encouraged to take the chl class.
You guys have been a great bunch & a good influence on me. ;)
I wiill let you guys know the outcome Sunday night. :)
 
:) fyi, I passed the class & just mailed off my paperwork & fee.
Had a great instructor who kept it interesting.
Time went by pretty quick too.
Hope I get my license reasonably fast. :)
I took my smaller handgun to qualify with [ the bersa 380 ]
 
It's all about the INSTRUCTOR! Unfortunately there are some really bizarre people doing that job. Took your smaller gun did you? Reminds me of my brother who went to take his motorcycle license test and borrowed a scooter for it. He'll never live that one down. Congratulations to you.
 
ha,ha , I remember getting my m license last year.
I been riding for about 20 plus years & last year decided to get mine after I got my new bike. [1300 VStar ] ,sure flet funny riding the little 250 to train on after already riding larger cc sport bikes & cruisers.
Nothing feels better than being legal though. ;)
 
TX CHL class has some great info, hope you paid attention. Instructor quality varies a bit so I'm glad you got a good one. Good move and welcome to the polite society.
 
Glad you passed ok Iron Pony.That wasnt tuff now was it? I think the instructor makes all the difference. My instructor was a Professional Shooter. His thing was SAFETY SAFETY SAFETY. There isn't nothing wrong with that. We had a small class (6) so we had time in a two day course to stop and dwell on certain questions. Made it more interesting. Congrats.:)

My license came back in two weeks and that was over Christmas and New Years
