Chinese Army Issue Pistol - What is it?

Title says it all ... Makarov? Browning Hi-Power clone? M1911 clone? Tokarev? Does Norinco export them to the States? For the life of me I can't remember, can anyone help?

By the way I do mean the PLA (Mainland China) ... not Taiwan.
