Chicago's Concealed Carry Ban

It's being reported today that the City of Chicago has more security camera's per square mile than any other American city. Now that Big Brother is always watching, the State of Illinois and the City of Chicago it's more rational to deny citizens of Illinois our Second Amendment rights. After all, with all these camera's everywhere, it's like living in Nazi Germany. The State will protect all, all the time.

This isn't a General Handgun thread by any stretch. I don't think it is even on topic for TFL, so I'll close it with this observation: your last two sentences are so diametrically opposed it shows that history needs to be retaught.
