quick question...i was wondering whats a good semi-auto rifle (other than .22LR) that someone could own legally in chicago (if there is one). I've seen conflicting posts about the mini-14...some saying that its legal as long as there is a standard stock on it and some peole saying that its illegal no matter what. I was wondering if someone who is knowledgable could clear that up for me. Thanks
