Chiappa 1873 Holster Search

I bought a Chiappa 1873 in .17HMR for my dad a couple of weeks ago and we're having a hard time find an appropriate holster that fits this gun. I had originally ordered a Hunter leather holster from Midway, but the cylinder of the gun is a little too wide and it won't go into the holster. I tried asking Midway, but they basically said there were no other holsters that would fit a 7.5" barrel, which isn't true. I hope someone can help me out.

Any holster for a 73 Colt or clone should work. The Chiappa is supposed to be the same size as the centerfires.

I'm wondering if a holster for a Ruger Redhawk .44 Mag with 7.5" barrel would work for mine?

Check on eBay. Always tons of holsters there. (And probably a lot cheaper than Midway.)

Look for holsters to fit the Ruger Blackhawk and old model Vaquero. They're slightly larger than a Colt 1873.
