All through the document they keep saying that it only applies to their products. But that's not what it SAYS. Do they think that we don't understand the English language, or that the courts wouldn't enforce what the agreement manifestly SAYS?
Sorry, it doesn't work that way; You sign a contract, you're bound by the contract, not some silly "interpretation" you come up with, which contradicts the actual language of the contract, and which isn't signed by the other parties.
