Cheapest fmj 9mm

Everglades makes the nicest bullets Ive bought but their 9mm is open base if that matters to you, Extreme bullets has good prices on good bullets too, theirsbare jacketed at the base.

"...open base actually change load data at all?..." No. Jacketed is jacketed and you load for the weight. Only time you'd use different data is for cast/plated/coated bullets. Mind you, shooting jacketed bullets all the time gets expensive quickly.
Indoor ranges are starting to get particular about what bullets can be used though. So the assorted completely enclosing jackets(TMJ, CMJ, et al) is to keep the lead out of the air.

I have settled on Precision Delta for the best value in 9mm, FMJ bullets. Need to order in 2,000 quantity for the best deal.

Don't confuse Plated RN with FMJ-RN. One is not the same as the other.
Everglades' cost more than Zero Bullets. Do they actually make them or buy them? Just curious--they will certainly go into my list of bullet sources (but they would have to be unbelievable to be better than Zero).
There are some insane indoor ranges that believe that exposed lead will put lead in the air, ignoring that the time from ignition to bullet exit doesn't give heat a chance to even burn paper, much less melt lead, nor does it take into account all the lead from the priming compound. However, I never heard of one of them actually disassembling a round to check the bullet.

I don't go for cheapest. I go for a very good lead bullet at a fair price.
I have been shooting Penn bullets for over 10 years and I am always surprised at the small variation in weight and you will never find a lube grove missing lube for the full 360 deg.
My favorite for 9 is the 120 TCBB at 70$ for 1000. I shoot these in Glocks (With wolf barrels) Kimber, beretta cougar, semi MP5 and my Beretta storm carbine. Accuracy with the carbine is very good for a pistol caliber out to 100 yards. With a red dot 6 inches are good for me.
I buy several thousand 9mm a year and a lot more 44.
You cant go wrong with penn.
