Cheap laser sight??

I just bought a taurus 357 tracker and was wondering if anyone new of a cheap laser sight system that I could put on it I found some nice laser grips but they are high as hell and I would like to just stay cheap on one thanks for your help
 
Cheap or good: Pick 1.

Cheap: Ebay has numerous <$50 rail and trigger guard mounted lasers. Their repeatability is worth what you paid for it.

Good: Of the 4 I've bought, seems like once you get a brand name over $250 it's pretty solid.
 
Yes taurus is cheap around here compared to smiths and others I was just wantin to know about some kind of laser sight for it for cheap

As far as I know, nobody makes a laser for any Taurus revolvers except the snubbies.

Go to Walmart for $19.95+ and make you own to fit your gun.

Try to convince yourself that you don't really need a laser. Use the sights and learn to point shoot. Lasers on a pistol are like training wheels on a motorcycle. (really expensive training wheels)
 
Hey Drail, did we go to the same school?
Put the money that a GOOD laser sight will cost into ammo, and learn to shoot the gun. When you can point shoot an 6" paper plate at 10 yards, you are good to go.
Shoot straight, shoot fast, shoot repeatedly. Once the threat has ended, check yourself for leaks, and call the cops.
 
As - at least as far as I can tell - it doesn't have a rail you're going to have a hard time finding anything inexpensive that's going to work.
The only way to go that I'm aware of are CT laser grips, and they're pretty spendy.
You might be able to see about getting a rail mounted, but that's going to cut into any savings on the sight, and might not be the look you're going for.
If you have a rail (and something without a huge amount of recoil) you can find decent lasers for ~$100 if you shop around, but "tactical" accessories for revolvers is a pretty limited market, so there isn't a lot of variety.

Id like to buy a cheap 357 mag with atleast a 6in barrel only for hunting so I dont wanna go buy some pricey new one a cheap one would do me just fine could anyone suggest one or anyone have one

Ok first off I can shoot just fine for everyone out there its not hard 2 look down a sight and idk wat the hell ur tlkin about with 10 yrd shots we usually start at 40+ I was just lookin for a cheap laser for fun on it 2 play around and also a quicker bead on deer but to redhawk I may try makin somthin I found a cheap ****ty laser but it would have to be upgraded some but would work on basicly any pistol grip gun ill check it out and let u no if it works
