Oh, but just imagine if this were a Democratic appointee who took in a woman who was broke, homeless and battered. And who had taken in other people who were similarly distressed. They'd be looking to pin a medal on her.
I am honestly beginning to _hate_ Democrats. I used to think it was just a difference of opinion. Then I started getting ruffled by them. Now I hate them as much as I do the devil himself.

I was VERY disapointed when I heard she was stepping down. If it was a dem that did that it wouldn't have been as contraversial. They didn't have a problem with the illegal aliens voting in Fla now did they.
I work in the medical field where european immigrants are hired over Americans with more education. Everyone gets all PO'ed over immigrants when they are non-white, nobody bats an eye if the immigrants are English or Irish. Must be that accent. A couple years ago none of the nursing grads from the local college could get local jobs, yet the paper continueously reported on "the nursing crisis". They didn't report on the American nurses that got a pink slip so they could be replaced by lower paid European nurses. And they aren't coming here because they appreciate our constitution, they come because their socialized health care system sucks so much. Then they have the nerve to complain about how this country is so much worse than their country!!! Why don't they just go back there then!!!! Now before I get flamed I know this attitude doens't apply to all of them. But unfortunatley I only come in contact with the socialists that think we should be socialist too. Go figure. Your system doesn't work so you leave, then want the place you go to to be like the one you left?! There are a lot of Canadians here where I work also. I live in a Southern city yet about a quarter of the people I work with are canadian or european. None of them own guns and all of them think we need gun laws like they had wherever it is they came from?! Wish more of them were like olan.
