What is that IP address? Is that a mIRC server? I can't even ping it.

It's my system here at work. No firewall that I know of...

Server software is WircSrv; you should be able to connect to it with any client.

If you're actually trying to ping the address with the '6667' attached, that's the port. Try leaving it off and just connect using the four octets.
