Last time they attempted this, there were so many pro-2nd Amendment people in the room that the sytem crashed. This chat is in 2 hours. If you know anybody who would be interested in joining the chat, please pass this info along.

I wasn't at the chat but I did read the link provided. i particularly loved the statement In the next 24 hours, more than 10 children under 19 years of age will be killed by gunfire.

Would that be eleven?

Red Bull, sorry I missed it, got the message just now. Cruised the site, not impressed. I did send them a letter that is copied below:

Not to terribly impressed with the intelligence on your site regarding gun control. Quite frankly you sound like a press release for the Million Mom March or Handgun Control Inc and never bothered attempting to find an opposing viewpoint. As a Texas resident what amused me most was the statement on the Congresswoman Jackson-Lee page in the last sentence stating that Houston is a 'border town'. This may have come from the congresswoman's office directly, but I would have hoped that someone at Oxygen would have been smart enough to know how to read a map. I realize that as women that task may be beyond your capability, but politicians LIE, so if it came from her office you should have known better. The closest 'border' to Houston is with the state of Louisiana, Mexico is over 300 miles away. Texas is big, but even we have a hard time considering anything over 20 miles away from the Rio Grande river a 'border town'. You might want to look into at least correcting this error. It isn't open to emotional interpretation.

How about posting some details of what happened and why the Mean Mommie rep had to leave. Did you make her cry???? DETAILS!! I want to hear a story.
