Charter Bulldog in 45ACP Wishful Thinking!

Hey Guys,
In my fight to stay awake on this long third shift, I got to thinking
Wouldn't it be nice if Charter produced its Bulldog in 45ACP? I mean given its track record and the 45's equal ballistics, the advantage of moon clips (IMHO), the economical price of the Bulldog compared to Smith, and the availability of 45ACP over 44 Special. I would be all over it.

 SHUT THE FRONT DOOR!!:D Well there ya have it, my next wheel gun purchase. I'll be on the phone with my FFL here in a few to have him be ready to order me one!!! I was not expecting it to be so. Usually when I post these wouldn't it be nice type threads, guys tell me to keep dreaming LOL

that's going to be something to see. they will have had to redesign their current big bore completely for it to house the slightly bigger round. the cylinder is already at max or minimum for chamber wall thick/thinness.

Well dang no moon clips. And the way you have to push the cartridges into the chamber to engage the extractor it's slow reloads, well slower than say a speed loader or moon clips.

The had promised one a couple years ago but only came out with a 9mm & 40mm Pitbull. Maybe the 45 will make it out one of these years. Maybe not.

The .45 acp is perfect for a compact revolver

I love the .44 special, but the big case and rarity of ammo is a problem. .45 ACP solves all those issues.
