i am unable to get a rely from charter regardless of how i contact them.

here is my problem. i am trying to figure out what they intend doing once they redesign and enlarge the frame and cylinder for the new 45 acp carr revolver.

are they going to turn it into a 45 colt? a slightly beefed up 44 special?
 
Seems like kind of a strange question. Kind of like asking Ford how they plan on mounting a new engine design in the Focus car line.

I'm certain the answer would be "Don't know, haven't made one yet.", but they *do* answer.
 
It be better if tCA made it to use the .45 Auto Rim,

simplifies ejection and headspacing.

No need to consider the .45LC.
 
their website does declare that the new 45acp rimmless will be an enlarged frame and cylinder, hence the longest delay for it. I was merely trying to see what other things were to be used for it.

kinday like, 'hey, you making a snow plow attachment for my truck too?"

FWIW, in the three different times I've called Charter Arm's Customer Service number in the last 4 years, for two of those times the CA Prexy (Nick Ekers) answered the phone, and a CSR the 3rd time.

That said, I doubt ANY manufacturer would be wasting their time, answering anonymous/curiosity questions.

I've no doubt that it'd be a little different, if the questions came from a real customer, i.e. a CA product owner, while the customer was talking about his existing CA product.

i was not thinking earlier but they already have the pitbull cylinder design for the 9mm and .40 so they just have to scale it up for the .45 acp and i will be all over it when it hits the market, of course i would love a compact .45 lc too :D the more the merrier:)
 
It's all on the surface

Cooncity Phil states it most eloquently and properly. Why spread DUMB when we have to see it in the press all day, everyday all ready?

Also, why is it we always want what they don't make and then when they do make it, it is only full of faults? 90% will not do as they profess in these matters.

Having shot .45's for over 50 years now. I would agree that a CA Wolverine in .45 AR makes most sense. My M625 agrees.

Wolverine is tougher than a Bulldog, is it not?
