I almost made bids on a 3 inch .38 Charter earlier this year, but decided against it. After buying a Charter .357, I'm glad I didn't because the .357 Charters are light enough that it feels like a .38 anyway.

That revolver was made in Stratford so I would think it is good quality! Very nice indeed.
