charging handle poping?

Came across this looking at sigs on youtube. Very interesting, maybe I just never noticed. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZBx1HQTAyxM&feature=related Look at the charging handle, its coming out constantly, normal?

I wouldn't think that it's normal. I wonder if something's wrong with the latch. Something's out of spec there, and it's likely to end with taking the handle to the face or a broken CH.

My experience will full auto ARs is very limited (fired one, once), but I don't remember that happening. My semiauto ARs don't have that happen.
