Can anyone help me here. Picked up new wood forearm for my 870. Now I need to figure out how to remove the synthetic arm from the rails....Thanks in advance.

Changing forearms on 870

i made one by simply taking a piece of water pipe and hack
sawing the two sides to get the notches that fit in the lock ring,i then chased them down to fit with a file,drill a hole on the top to slip a piece of bar thru to twist it with as well.theyre not screwed on that tight and it worked ,saved myself the $$ in ten minutes work for a one shot deal of changing them once.
