Chalk one up to the good guys

Here's the only problem I see...

If the fatally wounded attacker was 19 yrs. old or younger, then he will end up on the list of "children" killed by firearms in the HCI yearly statistics. This fact should be included as often as possible in cases like this.

One less bad guy is good news for all Americans, not just those that support RKBA. HCI should rejoice that a gun-toting thug has been taken off the street.

It also sounds to me like there will be no charges filed against the resident.
 
I read (hallucinated?) somewhere that either HCI or CDC cooked their statistics by including people up to 25 years old as "children". I've been quoting that to any non-gunner who will listen. Am I wrong?
 
You are, at worst, partially correct. That is, they don't always "cook the books", but on occasion they have indeed included 25-year olds as "children".

It is common for any of the anti-gun groups to call "children" anyone up to 18 or 19.

I'll stop here, before I begin foaming at the mouth and ranting...

Yep, people buy double wide's. call 'em "Modular Homes" and put 'em on slabs or over basements. :)
