I carry a Smith & Wesson Model 637 Airweight .38 snub. I just drop it in my right front pants pocket. It is small and light enough that it doesn't drag down my pants or interfere with anything I do.
I just picked up a S&W 340PD - or as my friends call it the "Wrist Breaker"...smaller and lighter than my 4" semi-auto alternatives so I like it when concealment is difficult or for a backup due to it's ability to "pack a punch"
S&W 642 Airweight in pocket holster if wearing a jacket. In a De Santis thumb break scabbard if no jacket. Conceals well under a large polo shirt. Light weight (15 oz empty, about 17.5 oz loaded). 38 SP+P capable. Can carry it in front pocket of some of my pants. Internal hammer for snag-free carry. Works for me.
I have two Taurus 85s I carry, an older steel 85 and an 85UL. I like the steel one for carry because it is DAO, no hammer to catch. The UL is, of course, lighter.
I have a couple Glocks I use too, but they are heavier and a bit harder to conceal.
I carry two revolvers for concealed carry. Primary is my CA 44 Spl Bulldog, in a Galco Paddle Holster, and my backup is a S&W 642-1 38 Spl Airweight, in a pocket holster, I own two more handguns both are revolvers, one a S&W 625-5 4" Long Colt 45 so when I do carry it, I use a fannie pack for it. Two handguns gives me 10 shots before I have to reach for a speedloader, but carry 4 speedloaders in my pocket.
I rotate my carry, but I do enjoy carrying my Smith & Wesson 637 Airweight. It's easy to carry, a bit big foe pocket carry in my opinion, but the gun is of course light, reliable and accurate.
I recently picked up one the Talo LCRs (just like the one in Nakanokalronin's picture) to be a BUG for my Beretta Nano. I also have a Taurus 650 that I carry on occasion for no other reason than just because I like it. While I generally think autoloaders are more practical, there is something about a revolver that just feels good.
