CCW over state lines

Sorry, I am a noob to the forums and the related laws ect with CCW. I have a PA residence which seems to be a great state to obtain a CCW. My need for the CCW other than its my right, is for travel to/from work. I work in MD however and am not clear on what the rules/laws there are to allow or limit me from CCW over state lines. Am I allowed to carry in MD? Do I need to get a MD CCW? Lastly, would it be easy to get a MD CCW if I already had a PA CCW? I think I am going to get my CCW either way for PA since I live there, but is a MD CCW needed to?

Thanks

Maryland has some of the worst gun laws in the U.S. I don't believe your PA CCW license will be recognized in Maryland.

Just got my PA CCW today. I live in Illinois:mad: this state REALLY sucks for gun laws!...There web site says that the PA CCW is good in 17 outher stats ..... My Q is dose your PA CCW look "ElCheapo" like mine dose ? Looks like a bunch of kids made it at school.... Not even covered in plastic:confused:

Many states have reciprocity and will recognize other states ccw license. It is state by state so you will have to check the site already provided by the previous post.

Pennsylvania permit recognized in: AK, FL*, GA, ID, IN, KY, MI*, MO, MT, NH, NC, OK, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, WY.

You should also be familiar with another state's laws b/f carrying a concealed weapon in that particular state.
