CCW Insurance

Last year, I heard an advertisement (Denver area) by a law firm who sells CCW insurance. I do not recall the name. Does anyone have experience with this insurance?

Do a search for self defense insurance.
There are other forums that come up and I don't want to be in violation of any forum rules.

Instead of "insurance", I'd recommend Armed Citizen's Legal Defense Network. I'm a member.

I'm a member of an informal group of instructors who teach various firearms courses here in central New Hampshire. As part of our courses, we have a session on legal issues taught by one of the premier firearms attorneys in the state. The ACLD Network is the only organization that she recommends and the one that she belongs to. She cites the fact that they provide funding to your attorney up front as an important factor that distinguishes them from others.

Forgot the name, but there is also a prepaid legal defense fund. This wold cover any sort of litigation (civil/criminal).

There is no way I would pay small amounts in advance for a pre-paid legal defense fund. You have to ask yourself: "If I really need a lawyer to represent me because I shot someone in self defense, do I want the pre-paid law firm to pick the cheapest, most inexperienced lawyer they have to work on my case, so the high-dollar lawyers can work for the paying clients?

No thanks.
