I read in a local paper today that the govenor is considering going along with a bill providing CCW ; there may be a tag-along-bill requiring firearms to be locked up in the home to reduce incidents of children getting access to guns.
The leaders in the house and senate said that they've got the votes to pass it; wonder if they've got enough to overide a veto if the gov. doesn't get everything he wants?
Have a feeling that a Republican in the Whitehouse and a new Dept. of Justice leader may have helped open the govenor's eyes a bit as well as give him some political cover.
