Point of reference: I'm 6'0, 230lbs and wear 38 inch jeans with a belt.
Cheap bianchi leather IWB's do wonders for me. I carry a Bersa Thunder in a bianchi made for a compact Sig, and I carry a Glock 17 under jackets or fleece vests. Cross draw @ 9 o'clock seems to be the easiest for me to conceal, but I hate doing it since that means I'd have to reach across the body. Most times, carrying around 2:30 or 3 o'clock IWB does ok with the small framed auto. I can not figure out how to conceal a G17 in a tee shirt unless I go baggy shirt with SOB.
After typing all that, I now notice a Taurus 605 is a snubby revolver, so your mileage will vary using that advice. My #1 carry is a SW 637, full hammer, and I Pocket Carry. That 605 grip looks a bit big for pockets though. I've carried my revolver up around 1 o'clock at the appendix carry, it molds into my gut very nicely, and since it's a snub I don't have any issues sitting down. I can conceal it under even a tight fitting tee. Again, your 605 might have a thicker grip, YMMV. I do not have any holsters for my revolver other than pocket.
