I have no idea if anyone on here is going to know the answers to these questions, but I have looked and looked with very little info found online.. I just bought a truck and am putting Duel Antenna cb radio in. Bought it second hand. The prob. is this, the 2 antennas don't have a place to connect a wire. So is it possible to CUT the wire and splice it in between the bolts of the antennas?

No, You need antennas that take PL259 connectors and a factory split coax. A single antenna will work better and be easier to set the SWR on.

Get a Ham Radio License

Ham Radio is a lot of fun. Got mine back in the early 80's ,,,,

Lemmon from rural South Carolina

Marine band and CB are two entirely different animals. CB is 27 MHZ AM.
Marine band is 150 MHZ FM.
One antenna is all you need for the CB. If you insist on 2 for looks, leave one disconnected. Don't splice the coax cable.
