Castle doctorine law

What is the castle doctorine law of ohio. Just in case i run across someone on my property or in my house that isnt supposed to be there i need to know the right action to take without creating a legal storm. :confused:
 
I cannot comment on Ohio's law. However, let me correct one significant statement you made. The "Castle Doctrine" only applies within one's dwelling. It does not apply on your property, although other laws and legal concepts are certainly relevant there. This is important because, for example, in a given state an individual may have the duty to retreat – given withdrawal is possible – on their property, but not in their residence.
