I bought another addition to my WWII collection yesterday.

However, I need more info on it (I know, not a good sign).

It's an Italian bolt gun, 36 inches long, adj sights, cleaning rod in butt (actually there), folding bayonet (not there).
Marked YE 14XX with RE below it on receiver. Stocked marked same, except without RE.
Turned down bolt marked LD.
No finger grooves in stock.
Stock stops 9.5in from muzzle.
Sling "swivels" on side.
Metal buttplate.

I did some research but all that did was muddy the water since sources contradicted each other.

If anyone has good info or a site to refer me to I would appreciate it!

Really, I think you'd get a quicker response and better answer by posting this question in Harley Nolden's forum.
