Carbon fiber barrels

Rifle&Shotgun magazine did an article on the Aculite CF barrel. It had 1/2 in groups at 50 yards. The only warning was the price $500.
 
I recently handled one of Magnum Research's 10/22 conersion with a carbon barrel and the houge rubber stock.. it was light and handy... The owner reported groups equal to any match grade 10/22 barrel he had ever owned.. whatever that means... ;)
