I watched some of the 'you Decide 2000' stuff spread all across the'newz' channels...Gore and Bush...DNC and RNC...noticed how 90% of Hollywood seems to support Gore. :(

Most of the Actors/Actresses that I've seen aren't one's I like anyway-but I gotta wonder which ones I'm not seeing support Gore...

A good movie will never be the same again....

The 10% who are supporting Conservative causes are the ones who aren't working because their politics are known to the 90% who range from liberal to Communist.

Director John Milius is a big supporter of Republican causes, as are Arnold Swartwhatever, and Chuck Norris.

Robert Stack used to be a top level trap and/or skeet shooter, and has always supported Conservative causes.

The ones who slay me are the ones like Tom Hanks. Richer than Midas, yet they're screaming at US to support all these causes. If they're so damned worried about about these causes, they should pump a movie into it. Hanks gets something like $20 million a movie these days.

The ones who absolutely DISGUST me are the ones who scream for gun control, yet think nothing of starring in a movie in which they liberally apply bullets to anything that moves.

Michael Douglas is such a hypocrit. Ever see "The Game" or "Romancing the Stone"?

I'd LOVE to get Douglas' shotgun from RtS. An 8 shot MosWinRem from which he gets about 15 shots without reloading.

Hypocritical POS.

If you really want to puke, watch MTV. "If we'd just get rid of those d*** guns there would be no violence." The famous meeting of "two packs of sugar" and "big head" 's mothers at some MTV award show - you would have thought it was a world peace summit - hello your sons played the game and paid the price, get over it.

I would think there is so much support for the Demos by Hollyweird because the Demos contribute to and promote the "Arts".

Also the attention to the, dare I say it, gay side of our culture as represented by Hollyweird, and sponsored by the Demos. And let's not forget movies made to portray certain public figures as just ordinary, everyday sorts who are grossly misunderstood.
People who want to be left alone, and want their privacy. Who are like everyone else.
The same people who will run all over the country grabbing at your hand for donations so they may be known world-wide till the end of time.
The same type crowd who feed on the paparazzi, and the excessive attention, and the annal awards that come from playing artififial lives.
The same individuals(Baldwin) that punch reporters in the face for giving the public what they themselves want them to do. It's only a charade, an act.
The world is their stage. And we're the props for their next move, and movie.

It's been cited that books are dangerous. That over the ages, written text have been destroyed, and knowledge kept from the masses, for one purpose. To keep them ignorant of the facts, and truth.
The movies spewing from the propaganda factories have one purpose, and that's to keep the masses confused, and dazzeled by what they see. And most people tend to believe what they think they saw.
In the laste 50's a few cinemas were interleaving concession messages in the intro's to the movies, and even during some of the movie to drum up sales at the concession stands.
TV works on a principle that would make that tactic everyday practice, and the average schmoe wouldn't have a clue.
Now, nearly every school out there has a TV/Monitor in every classroom. You know what I'm suggesting then...

I don't watch much tube anymore either, mostly because I got tired of the BS presented, as if this is real life.

They only one I'll forgive and not boycott is Tommy Lee Jones, because they guy just knows Algore as a personal friend, as a former college roommate. Can't really blame him for being proud of his roommate who made it big (can't say he made good).

The very large majority of Hollywood is made up of Mega Millionaire Marxists and Billionaire Bolsheviks.

They all consider themselves to be high ranking "members of the King's Court," therefore, immune from the King's dictates. Of course, most of them are so stupid and naive that they are unable to comprehend that they will be the first ones to have their heads cut off someday, by their own King. As V.I. Lenin reportedly said, "Liberals are my useful idiots."

Robert Duvall isn't a Dem. Tom Selleck, obviously. Gerald McRaney (sp?) and the other Guy from the old "Simon & Simon" series aren't.

Schwartzeniger is a Republican, although I'm not sure how pro-RKBA he is.. I thought it was weird when I found out he was married to a "Kennedy" too. I Imagine they don't talk poilitics too much. He worked hard to get where he is today.

Sorry, guys:
The real leftists were all purged in the 50's and have never been let back.
All these people you are talking about are extremely conservative and with a shameless opportunistic streak a mile wide.

It would be interesting to know how many who are strong in their boycott of S&W watch/patronize movies and TV shows in which the anti gun Hollywood folks star. Jerry

It's unfortunate that we have to endure their liberalism, but if we boycott them we really have nothing to watch. Listening to Tom Hanks talk politics makes me sick, but I sure enjoyed "Saving Private Ryan." By the same token, I used to enjoy Saul Bellow's books, but never saw him on Larry King Live. If these Hollyweirds would just shut up...

Just looked at the list of anti-gun actors and noticed several who have been in movies where their "character" used a gun (ie, Sean Connery, Kevin Costner, David Duchovny). If they are so damn anti-gun, why do they accept the part? It's called $$$$$$$$. Hypocracy to the max!!!

Not that I'm saying anything, but if I were saying something, which I'm not, that one word I would be saying is: Piracy ;)
