Cant find a handguard

I know exactly what I want for my build, but I cant seem to find it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Musts:
-Free float
-Top rail on handguard flush with upper assembly rail
-NOT quad rail. Just full top rail and a few inches of bottom rail for bipod mount.
-$200 or less
-13-15"? (Rifle has a 20" barrel. Im pretty sure I want the gas block within the handguard)

I kind of like this one from Daniel Defense, but it is only 12" and is ~$250.

These next two are from Troy Industries. I like them, but I cant seem to find these exact ones anywhere. Unfortunately, they are 12".

One thing I do NOT want is the circular cutouts. I think this one is from CMMG.

On a side note, I find these backup sights very sexy. Any clues as to what the setup is? Credit to Maximusmax51 over at CalGuns.

I use the Yankee-Hill machine smooth configurable hand guard (you'll notice that it resembles the Daniels unit that you like). Here's my home-made AR with the YHM hand guard mounted:

I got mine from Midway-USA for $125. It's a kit that comes with a barrel nut, lock-ring, and anti-rotation screws. I had to buy their barrel nut wrench as well.

If you need them, you can also purchase bolt-on rails.

They're available in carbine, mid-length (pictured above), and rifle-length versions.
