Can't decide...

Seems I've ended up with one hand gun I don't use. Here's my list of weapons I switch off with as I carry:

SIG 229
SIG 239
KEL-TEC P11

I have a one month old CLOCK 23. I am now sure that this will not continue to be something I'll use. Don't get me wrong here. GLOCK makes a great weapon(IMHO), it's just not the right feel and fit for me.

Would still like to have one more in place of the GLOCK, but don't know what to look for. I'd like to stay with a comfortable carry weapon.

I'll third that revolver suggestion and suggest a Smith 357 j-frame. Put some full power 125s through it and I'll gaurantee you'll have confidence in it's abilities. Use one hand to hold onto your teeth though.

Welcome to TFL. The folks telling you to get a revolver are right. Pick yourself up a nice little snubbie that you can slip in your pocket. You will not be disappointed.

Welcome to TFL!

A SIG P-245, P-228 or P-225 would have the same manual of arms as your other two, as well as helping you feel like there was a theme to your collection. ;)

I'll go with the revolver idea. A nice little J-frame style (S&W or Taurus) or a nice Ruger KGP-141 357 maggie.

No offense meant, but I wonder if it's good idea to be switching around a lot with your concealed carry gun.

The two Sigs have the same operation so thats not a problem but if you go to a Glock or single action you may do something wrong in a stressfull situation such as not remove the safety or shoot before your ready with the Glock.

Sounds like you've got concealed carry covered, how about a full size weapon for a house gun or just to have fun with at the range, Sig 220 comes to mind as it seems from your choices that DA/SA transition doesn't bother you, and it would be on the same system as your carry guns.

The feel between my G22 and my G27 seems different, but both are 3rd generation and same width size. The G27 is carry piece, and G22 and G22c are back yard plinkers. It sounds like you have your carry pieces figured out(and rather well)The thing that sold me on GLOCKs,were there are no external safeties.Shoot when ready, otherwise finger out of the well.Like driving an automatic or manual transmission.Know what your driving then perform.SAFE-SHOOTING!
