Can you "translate this" from the Remington 870 site?

I am looking at the Reminton Express 18" synthetic.

When I click on "Specifications" I read:

"NOTE: The Model 870™ Express® is intended for personal use and will not accept law enforcement accessories."

What type of accessories are they referring to?

The only accessory I would like to add is a "sidesaddle" for extra ammo.
Can you add a sidesaddle to this model?

Thank you everyone, for your patience...
This would be my 1st shotgun and I want to do it right. ;)

BTW, this is the site I am referring to:

I believe, but am not positive, that Remington is refering to the dimples that are on the end of the magazine tube and if you buy an 870 without the extended magazine then you would have to drill them out to add one. Other than that there should be no difference in what the Express and Police models will accept. The same stuff will fit 2006 models that will fit my 1956 model.

Adding a sidesaddle is as easy as punching out the two pins above the trigger guard and attaching the sidesaddle with new pins. I would also suggest getting one from www.mesatactical.com. They are made of aircraft aluminum instead of plastic like the TacStar. They also have a life time warranty and are only a little more expensive.

The reason they make the "No LE accessories" statement is, AS IS the gun will not accept a magazine extension or a standard length side saddle, and cannot be locked into a squad car shotgun locking rack.

The gun has the "dimples" in the magazine that retain the Express model's magazine retention assembly, and the long, sporting forearm will prevent the gun from being operated since it will hit a standard side saddle and be stopped short.
The longer forearm also prevents a patrol unit's shotgun rack from locking around the barrel and magazine tube.

Remington throws in the statement to short stop complaints that the gun isn't a Police model.
