Can you adjust sights on a Marlin 1894 lever action rifle

I have a Marlin 1894 lever action rifle in .44 mag. In the last couple of years it is starting to shoot 1 foot to the left of target at 75 yards. The front site is the dovetail groove, the rear site is the tang with the ramp that adjusts for elevation. I don't know how to adjust for windage on this gun? What can a guy do?

They should be adjustable by tapping them to left or right. The front sight needs to move in theopposite direction you want POI to move and the rear should move in direction you want POI to move. I like to center thr front and move the rear.
Check you forearm to make sure it is on properly and the magazine tube is not twisted. Some tension on the barrel could cause this problem also a bent barrel.

You might also pull the bolt and really give the bore a real cleaning. The sights probably didn't move, but point of impact has. Your barrel could be fouled enough to shift POI.
