I know this has nothing to do with guns, but it does have to do with our tax dollars. I just heard on the radio news (ABC) that a government funded study has concluded that getting hit in the head numerous times can cause a decline in mental abilities!

***DUH***

This is right up there with the study to answer the burning question of why dogs bark.
(answer for $250,000...because that's what they do)

I think I heard something about some university conducting those tests. They referred to the test group as "College Democrats".
