A scary thought. Anyone think it could and/or will happen? If Bush loses, this would be my first suspicion.

Norquist: Democrats Plan to Cheat to Win
If Bush loses this election it will because of lots of funny money, massive voter fraud and paid-for votes in key cities - so says a Washington conservative heavyweight.
Strategic Investment newsletter columnist Jack Wheeler writes in the current edition that he recently discussed the election with Grover Norquist, described as the "sharpest, smartest, most plugged-in good guy in Washington."
Norquist writes for the American Spectator and heads Americans for Tax Reform.
Wheeler quotes Norquist as saying that "buckets of illicit cash" have poured into the Gore campaign from places like Libya and Cuba and still more millions "in cash have to be secretly raised and distributed as 'walking-around money' to bribe black voters into voting for Gore/Lieberman."
Wheeler adds that Norquist predicts massive voter fraud this Tuesday and to expect it in cities like Detroit, Chicago, St. Louis and Philadelphia.
Wheeler quotes Norquist: "It's far more than the pathetic panic of Hollywood airheads. Even modest tort reform will cost the trial lawyers $6-7 billion a year. Enforcement of the Beck decision will cost the AFL-CIO $3-4 billion a year. Cutting off federal funds to Democratic constituencies (such as the millions HUD pays out to Democrat precinct workers) will deprive them of several billion a year. A full Republican victory in November will cost the Nomenklatura of the Democratic Party power structure tens of billions. The only way the Democrats can win in November is to cheat. So they will, for the stakes leave them no other choice."
