Can these blemishes be fixed?

Greetings everyone.
Was thinking about buying this pistol and wondering if these can be fixed.
He says theirs no rust and that yellow is lube. Thank you for your help!I

All I see is some minor scuff marks that don't amount to anything. Will probably wipe out with an oily rag.

Patches on the right side look like Bubba tried to beat out the slide stop without aligning it with the takedown notch. Would take bead blasting or flat sanding the whole side of the gun to clean up, and I don't know if that would get the divots out of the bottom corner of the slide.
I can't see anything wrong with the left side, but if you are going to work on the right side, you would probably have to do the left; those textures are not real easy to match.

Depends on the price. I see nothing that would keep it from being a good, using gun. It is not 100%, so don't pay 100% price, but if you are not a collector, at the right price it should be OK.
