Can someone identify this tool part?

This is a thingy that was in a box of reloading stuff that was passed on to me. The box had a bit of RCBS stuff, all rather disorganized and in pieces. I've been putting together what I can but I can't figure out what the thingy is.
Any help would be appreciated.

It does have a GE stamp on it. I wasn't sure if it was a GE stamp for sure though; it was in a storage bin with nothing but reloading stuff.

This needs to be a sticky thread, Ive got several dodads that I need help ID’ing.
I have a lot more thing-a-majigs that I have had for a while that I will probably need to post on here. Much of my reloading gear I got in two large loads from someone's uncles grampa's nephew type thing, and a lot of the crap was dissembled and unlabeled. I just found out that I have a complete swag-o-matic setup and a primer pocket swager, and I got some other junk I got no idea what it is.

"That was a contact out of a magnetic starter."

Yep, the only thing that's reloading is electrons...

From the shape alone I at first was thinking some sort of Corbin swaging tool part, but then I noticed that it was copper, had electrical contact scoring, and had the GE logo...

So, you're reason my GE stock has tanked... you're not using the parts properly!

"...a box of reloading stuff..." The Mk I Thingy(a technical term that shouldn't be abused. snicker.) in a box of stuff shows that not all the stuff in a box of reloading stuff is reloading stuff.
It appears to be copper. Copper is not magnetic.

I finally found it on the internet, where everything is true. It is a case headspace transfer datum. You can find that at... darn, now I lost the link.

Or maybe that's it... it's the lost link?
