Can anyone identify this gun? It's a Hunnington & Richardson revolver no serial numbers only the nubmer 249 on the cylinder.

Here is the link to the pic

That's a Harrington & Richardson Hammerless DA, most likely a .32 S&W (Short), maybe a .22LR.
H&R made a bundle of them early in the last century. Shoot it at your own risk, they didn't have a very positive lockup system on the cylinder.
Very little value today. Mine has a bad bore, worth maybe $40 on a good day, a minty one might be $100. Discontinued prior to WWII.

Without a scale reference (ruler) I cannot be certain as to caliber. It could be 22 lr rf or 32 S&W (short) or 38 S&W (short). The cylinder shows a significant dragline, I think that means it was functional and possibly shot, a lot. I can't see the logos on the grip panels. Are they original? If so, the grips are worth around $50.00 in good, original condition without cracks. If the s/n is not on the bottom of the gripframe and in the area of the breaktop swivel hinge I would wonder where the markings went? They are usually worth $65.00 to $85.00 in good and functioning condition. Broken or non-functional models are worth $15.00 or have parts value. The trigger return spring is usually broken in these. The principal area of safety concerns is that the firing pin block can give out. The firing pin can protrude through the recoil shield and a slamfire can occur when the revolver is closed.
