I searched but didn't find much. I am looking at a handgun from Buds Guns. Is this how this works? I've never done this brfore. I buy a gun from them, I pay their shipping and my FFL dealer? So it would work like this? (hypothetical numbers) Gun-200 shipping-20 FFL-25 total 245?
yes that is exactly how it works. when you buy a gun and are having it shipped to you. it cant come directly to you. it has to go to an ffl. they will charge a fee. about $30-$50, shop around to find a cheaper one. so you have your gun price and your shipping (this is paid to buds guns in this case) then your ffl will charge you a fee when you do yourpaperwork and pick up your gun. all local laws apply.
Usually private individuals who have a FFL are much cheaper than going through a gun store. I have a buddy who is an FFL and he only charges $10. Ask around a find some private individual you'll save some money.

I thought that's how it works. Thanks for the answers guys. I could get the gun I want around 70.00$ cheaper than my local gun store then. I've heard of Buds for years on forums. They seem pretty good. Thanks again.
