Due to no job, I might have to sell one of these. Smith+wesson mdl 910 stainless,2 fifteen rd mags about a year old. Sig-Sauer mdl p-229 ex law gun factory refurbish. What gun would you keep? thanks

That's a somewhat difficult choice. I'm not a big fan of 9mm or 40S&W caliber, but when it comes to pistols/revolvers I've always believed that SigSauer was one of the best for semi-autos and S&W was one of the best for revolvers. So in your case, I'd keep the SigSauer and sell the S&W. And if the Sig happens to be a 40s&w, then that would probably be another reason to keep it over the S&W 9mm. Of course, 9mm is generally easier to find ammo for being it's a more common military round. But I guess it comes down to which one you like better, feels better, shoots better, etc... FOR YOU! good luck.

sig

if you decide to sell the sig, let me know. but of the two i'd sell the s&w for reasons mentioned above - s&w revolvers and sig semi autos.

Well you can make more money selling the Sig, and the Smith is a solid performer and that series was and probably is popular with LE also. I would also consider if the parts and mags for the Smith are cheaper and easier to get also. I would probably go with whichever one shoots and feels best to you to keep. It is the function not the brand that should decide. If the Sig feels better to you and shoots better for you, go with keeping that. Performance over brand names, since either one are quality enough good guns. If you only want prestige, the Sig has that.

Im curious, what is YOUR first impulse? Out of these 2, which would be harder for you to replace? For me, the Sig would be the keeper.
