CAN I ship a 1934 .22 rifle to C&R lic. holder ?

I sold a U.S.A. made bolt action .22 rimfire rifle manufactured in about 1934 to a person holding a current Curio & Relic license. Is it legal for me to ship directly to him at the address on his license, or do I have to ship to a regular FFL holder?

Both the seller (me) and the buyer live in the USA.

I don't know what site to go to to find this information. I would appreciate your help. THANKS!
 
Since the rifle was manufactured more than 50 years ago, it is automatically a C&R and can be shipped directly to a Type 03 (Curio and Relic) FFL.
