I am selling some mini-14 mags on gunbroker.
Someone from Maryland want's to order some.
Is that a NO NO?

Thanks, Mike S.

Sod,
I just tried to answer this question myself. As I understand the law, it is not illegal for you to send the mags into the state, and for someone to purchase them from you who lives in MD. There is a law that makes the intra state transfer (i.e. sale, exchange, etc) illegal on pre ban mags that hold over 20 rounds. This is only my *opinion*, don't take it as a fact.

Before you agree to ANYTHING, check the laws of both localities involved. I believe in California, you will need to get a permit to sell high capacity mags, and even then, they may only be sold to folks OUT-OF-STATE. None may be shipped TO California, other than to FFL holders for sales to Law Enforcement Officers only. Other states will have other laws. Make sure you know the laws and regulations in your state, as well as the state to which you will ship. If you let us know where you are located, you may get more specific info.
