Can I keep it,,??

hmmm.

Well, approaching this question as if it were a serious one, several questions would need to be asked.

1. What country do you live in?
2. Is this a real functioning firearm?
3. If it is a functioning firearm, is it full-auto?
4. How adverse are you to comitting felonies?
5. You enjoy wearing bright orange clothing?

And not to mention, only one shower per week.

Really?? eeewwwww. I did not know that. Is that typical for most prisons, or just Fed Pens?

Anyway, just another reason to stay out of prison. :barf:

Come on guys,, thats a saying from ' scarface' to al pacino about all the $$$ they were counting, ' tony baby,, the jury isn't going to believe u found it on the back seat of a taxi',,,,. And that's the way it goes BOYS,,!!! OH,, IT'S my REG. 28

There is a joke in here somewhere. Was the gun found, or just the picture?

General rule: If, within the United States, a person comes into possession of an unregistered NFA firearm, or comes into possession of a registered NFA firearm in an illegal manner, that firearm is contraband, and cannot legally be retained. There is no way it can be registered if is not, and no way the person possessing it illegally can legally sell, transfer, or destroy it. The only legal action is to abandon (surrender) it to the proper authorities and even that does not absolutely guarantee there will not be prosecution.
