Can I have a semi-auto shipped to an FFL in Mass?

The current law in Mass prohibits the sale of almost all new semi-automatic pistols. I am wondering if I can buy a new semi-auto online and have it shipped to my gun shop. I can't imagine there is a problem with this but you never know in this state.
Thanks for any help you can offer

Jeepster: The new regulations in MA make it illegal for an FFL in MA to transfer to you a new gun which does not meet the regulations. Note that the language in the regulations is "transfer" not "sell".

You can read the regulations yourself on the Attorney General's web site:
http://www.ago.state.ma.us/cmr2.pdf

For you to buy a pistol out of state, it has to be transfered to you through an FFL in MA. Therefore, the pistol that you want must meet the MA state regulations.

In otherwords, you're out of luck.

Many manufacturers are making their pistols comply with the MA regulations, so you might be able to get the pistol that you are interested in after a bit.
