And is that a British .303?

I've been told that he is a famous Canadian sniper,,,
Not just a guy from a movie still.

It's no big deal,,,
I'm just curious is all.

Doesn't count, we all know about Wiki!

still think Errol Flynn....

must be the pose....and the scarf
thinks there must be a white, puffy sleeve open chest shirt under the battle smock....

The Gurkha knife was not issue, but very handy when preparing hides. Not to shabby for neutralizing single individual enemy, quietly!

His Rifle would have been produced at Long Branch (1/4 of a mile from my range in Ontario) during war time production, the Bren LMG, and MK4 Rifles were test fired into Lake Ontario, at floating targets I believe. They also made the Inglis copy of the Browning Hi Power pistol, with tangent rear sights, plus the Sten Sub Gun, many of them.

Some of these pistols went Bye Bye via Lunch Pails!
