Can anyone identify the manufacturer of this?

Hey! So while shopping for a barrel shroud for my Beretta Cx4 Storm 9mm, I was searching around seeing what other people did for theirs. And then I stumbled upon this! I immediately knew that this is what I wanted, the only issue, after relentless searching, I am still coming up empty. I have not been able to identify the make or where to even purchase one of these. Does anyone have an ideas?

It appears to be a barrel shroud/bayonet combo. But I could be wrong.

Just a guess but it looks a bit like a modified FN/FAL socket bayonet.

that's what i had initially thought. But the shroud part throws me off a little bit. Do you think someone just made it as a one off?
