Markings:
11 and 11 on top of each other right in front of trigger guard
An indented square on right side of butt/grip
A stamping that appears to be a E on top, two ferns? crossed with a S on the left and an R on the right.
A sideways 8 possibly an infinity symbol on the left side of the barrel

Barrel is .41 in diameter

Belgian boot pistol more than likely as posted at NWFA. DGW still offers a kit of this pistol. May be able to make it shootable, probably not cost effective as these have little value. Belongs on the wall or a case display.:cool:
 
Turn or screw barrels will have a lug for a key, unless the front of the barrel is squared off inside.

I agree with MCB, this gun is a display piece, since that nipple is broken off.
